Error codes E5 or E6
Your induction cooktop works on a standard voltage supply of 220V~240V to ensure optimum performance and longer product life.
Sometimes, the voltage supply can fluctuate, and this could cause error codes E5 or E6. If this is the case, the error will disappear after switching the appliance off and on once the voltage supply has stabilized. Please, switch off the induction cooktop and try to switch it off again after a while and see if this solves the problem.

Error code E7
To solve this, first, switch off and unplug the appliance. Then, turn up the product to check the fan ventilation area (the fan is located on the reverse side of the base).
If you notice some fluff is stuck between fan wings, please remove the fluff with the help of a cotton bud or using a softer object.
Once you see the fan wings are free from fluff then put it back in the right position, plug it in, and switch it on. It should now work normally.
